Day
01 - ARRIVE DELHI
Arrive Delhi this evening. Upon arrival at the airport you will be met and
escorted to the hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 02 - DELHI
Delhi with its Old and New parts - each with its specific charm and glory
- makes a very interesting city for its sustenance to medieval and modern cultures
at the same time and space. Today, you will explore the capital of India in
a full-day guided tour - visiting India's largest Masjid - Jama Masjid, Red
Fort, Gandhi's cremation site, Humayun's Tomb and Delhi's landmark the Qutab
Minar. You will also enjoy a rickshaw ride in Old Delhi and will drive past
the colonial Delhi.

Day 03 DELHI-VARANASI Flight
In the morning, you will be taken to the airport to catch your flight to
Varanasi - the holy city of the Hindus. Upon arrival in Varanasi you will be
received and escorted to your hotel...en route visiting Sarnath where Lord Buddha
preached his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. The rest of the day
will be spent in leisure.

04 VARANASI-KHAJURAHO Flight
Early this morning you will be taken to the Ganges for a boat cruise along
the bathing platforms. You will see a large number of people ritual bathing
in the holy river, practicing yoga and meditation, burning their near and dear
ones. The enchanting boat-ride will be followed by a walking tour of the old
city. Later in the afternoon, you will be taken to the airport for flight to
Khajuraho. After a short flight you will arrive in Khajuraho where you spend
next two nights.

Day 05 KHAJURAHO
The day will be spent in exploring the temples of Khajuraho which are among
the finest in India and famous for their numerous erotic scenes. In the morning,
you will visit the Western Group of temples and in the afternoon you see the
Eastern Group. The rest of the day may be spent in leisure.

Day 06 KHAJURAHO-ORCHHA-AGRA Train
Your day starts in the morning when you will be driven to Jhansi railway
station to catch train for Agra. En route to Jhansi you will visit sleepy medieval
town of Orchha. You will arrive in Agra in the evening and would be received
and escorted to your hotel to retire for the day.

07 AGRA
Today you will do sightseeing tour of Agra. In the first half you will visit
Tomb of Itimad-ud-daulah and the Agra Fort. Later in the evening you will be
taken on a tonga (horse-carriage) to visit the Taj Mahal at sunset (Taj Mahal
is closed on Fridays).

Day 08 AGRA-FATEHPUR SIKRI-JAIPUR Drive
After a leisurely morning you drive to Jaipur - en route visit Fatehpur
Sikri, a perfectly preserved Mughal city built at the height of the empire's
splendor. You will arrive in Jaipur in the afternoon and will be at leisure
for the rest of the day.

Day 09 JAIPUR
In the morning, you visit the Amber Fort - one of the most fascinating of
Indian forts. You will reach the fort majestically atop an elephant; once inside
the fort, you visit the Palace of Mirrors, Hall of Public Audience and the beautifully
manicured gardens. You will spend the afternoon exploring the City Palace, the
Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds) and the Jantar Mantar (astrological observatory).

Day 10 JAIPUR-JODHPUR
You spend the day relaxing; in the afternoon, you will be escorted to railway
station to undertake a five-hour train journey to Jodhpur. You will arrive in
Jodhpur late in the evening and will be met and escorted to your hotel. Packed
Dinner will be served on board the train.

11 JODHPUR
This morning you explore the magnificent Mehrangarh fort, one of the largest
forts in India, unsurpassed in beauty and grandeur. The tour of the fort will
be followed by a visit to the old town where you walk through the market getting
a feel of the town. Early in the evening you will be taken on a short jeep safari
to immaculately kept villages of Bishnoi tribals who are known for their belief
in the sanctity of plant and animal life. A variety of deer roaming freely is
the attraction of these villages.

Day 12 JODHPUR-RANAKPUR-KUMBHALGARH-UDAIPUR Drive
Today, you drive to Udaipur. En route you will visit Ranakpur - the largest
and the most beautifully preserved Jain Temples in India. After visiting Ranakpur
you will proceed to see the fort of Kumbhalgarh. If Ranakpur is beauty and grace,
Kumbhalgarh is all about power. You will arrive in Udaipur early in the evening.
The rest of the day will be at leisure.

Day 13 UDAIPUR Drive
The day begins with a visit to the City Palace, which is largest in Rajasthan.
You will also see lovely medieval Jagdish

Temple
and Sahelion-Ki-Bari or the "Gardens of the Maids of Honour". The
day will end with a relaxing boat ride on Lake Pichola. From the lake you will
get unmatched views of the gardens surrounding the fascinating Lake Palace Hotel
and the two islands in the lake.

Day 14 UDAIPUR-DELHI-OUT Flight
Today, you will be escorted to the airport for your flight to Delhi; upon
arrival in Delhi you will be received and taken to hotel for a day room (Check
out at 2000 hrs). Later in the evening you will be escorted to International
Airport to catch your flight back home. (Breakfast)
